Waypunch is free for you and one other person, with every feature, for as long as you like. There's no trial to run out and we don't ask for a card.

Everyone on your team who can use Waypunch: workers, managers and administrators, including crew members who don't have the app and are clocked in by their lead. People you disable don't count.

Waypunch asks for a plan first. An administrator sets it up on the web at app.waypunch.com, under Settings, Plan and billing. From then on it's $5 a month for each person on the team, so 3 people is $15 and 5 people is $25.

Disable the people who've left. They come off your bill from the next one, and once you're back to 2 people there's nothing to pay, without cancelling anything.

Billing lives on the web at app.waypunch.com, under Settings. Sign in with your administrator account from any computer or phone browser. The phone apps never ask for money.

$50 a person a year, which is two months free. People who join are added to the bill straight away, prorated for the rest of the year. People you disable come off at renewal.

If your team is bigger than 2 people when a plan ends, everything keeps working for 7 days. After that, clock-ins pause until a plan is back or the team is back down to 2. Your hours and reports stay available the whole time.

Yes, anytime, from the billing page. Your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays available read-only afterwards, and you can export it.
